Simone Colbert
Simone Colbert is a true community lover. She works full-time with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Neighborhood Health Promoter and when she’s not promoting health in the community she is a Birth & Postpartum Doula to expecting families in Brooklyn. Simone has been a Doula for 2 years and the work has become a true passion of hers. She enjoys assisting women during their pregnancies and hopes to one day become a midwife. In addition, to serving families as a doula Simone is a Certified Lactation Counselor. Simone resides in Brooklyn and is mom to two boys, Hetep and Patric. She enjoys dancing and spending time with friends and family in her free time.
